c. The condition of being physically and legally free from confinement, servitude, or forced labor.

While the debate continues regarding the role of government in our daily lives, many people ignore the only role assigned to government by our country's founders: Protecting Liberty. We The People are the highest power in our country, and, as such, we are charged first with the protection of our Liberty.

We must not stand idly by while our Liberty is stripped away!

SEC. 15. From and after the passage of this act it shall not be lawful to employ any part of the Army of the United States, as a posse comitatus, or otherwise, for the purpose of executing the laws, except in such cases and under such circumstances as such employment of said force may be expressly authorized by the Constitution or by act of Congress; and no money appropriated by this act shall be used to pay any of the expenses incurred in the employment of any troops in violation of this section And any person willfully violating the provisions of this section shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and on conviction thereof shall be punished by fine not exceeding ten thousand dollars or imprisonment not exceeding two years or by both such fine and imprisonment.

The concept of maintaining continuity of government during and after an emergency is not a new idea.

During the Cold War, Congress established elaborate and rather luxurious survival facilities in the mountains of West Virginia. Presumably, while the American "common folk" would be incinerated, the privileged could survive and guarantee the continuity of government and civilization based on their own criteria for human survival.

It was on this premise that in 1964, the great film Director Stanley Kubrick created the classic "Dr. Strangelove."

According to the Washington Post (March 2002), the operation was re-activated after the 11 September attacks. It is reported to involve officials drawn from all departments, depending on the perceived level of threat (or in the case of Dr. Strangelove... position in government, superior genetics and potential virility for human regeneration). Those taking part, live and work underground for long spells at secret fortified locations on the East Coast. The core group of federal managers would be drawn from the same bureaucratic minions whose self pre-occupation, negligence and apathy caused the deaths of thousands in the World Trade Center.

The plan for a shadow government has been implemented now because of heightened fears that Osama Bin Laden's al-Qaeda network might obtain portable nuclear weapons. An unnamed senior official told the Associated Press news agency that while US intelligence had no specific knowledge of such weapons, the risk was great enough to warrant activation of the plan. Dick Cheney's survival may provide legitimacy for constitutional succession, but he can't run the country by himself. He went on to say that President George W. Bush did not foresee ever needing to turn over government functions to the secret operation, but believed it was prudent to put the plan into action in the light of the war against terrorism and persistent threats of future attacks. Other officials, who spoke to the Washington Post newspaper, said the back-up government consisted of anything from 70 to 150 people at two principal locations on the East Coast. They are suspected to be living and working in heavily fortified mountain bunkers, carved out under Pennsylvania's Raven Rock Mountain and Weather Mountain in Virginia during the Cold War in the 1950s.

These underground cities are home to government officials who rotate through on three-month stints. Their identities and even their titles are kept secret. As with all budding bureaucracies, it is not unreasonable to assume that this number will increase, as will the funding and lavishness of accommodations.Once activated for what some call "bunker duty", they live and work underground 24 hours a day, away from their families. No formal mention was made relative to having families join them as accommodations grow larger.Those deployed for the operation are not allowed to tell anyone where they are going or why. "They're on a 'business trip', that's all," one official was quoted as saying. Although it does not identify the exact location of these sites, the Washington Post says they make use of geological features to render them highly secure.

They are well stocked with food, water, medicine and other supplies and are capable of generating their own power. There are video links, computers and other connections to the unprotected and totally vulnerable civilian populace.The newspaper said that only the executive branch is represented in the full-time shadow administration. Other branches - such as Congress and the judiciary - have separate continuity plans.

The Bush administration is following a script that was maintained during every administration, up through the Clinton years. But at the Pentagon, at the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) and at the new Office of Homeland Security (Now being elevated to a 170,000 strong super Agency), officials have been busy updating those plans, particularly the way they relate to using the military as a kind of domestic national police for "continuity of government."

For those unaware of fed-speak, this means the protecting of elected officials and bureaucrats from the rest of us, who are viewed as the potential enemy.

Many people feel that the Posse Comitatus act of 1878, might protect them from a police state combining the military and civil law enforcement, with heavy managerial input by the US Department of Justice. But laws are already on the books authorizing martial law, including Section 32CFR 501.4** of the Code of Federal Regulations. These are the rules written by unelected bureaucrats that govern our lives

And let us not forget that vast emergency federal powers by decree dates at least to John Kennedy, who issued a raft of such orders during the Cold War. With constitutional government "temporarily" placed in the garbage heap, the American people would be subject to direct control by unelected bureaucrats scrambling to shore up a jack boot heel on the dreams of our Founding Fathers.

Draconian Executive Orders

A Presidential Executive Order, whether Constitutional or not, becomes law simply by its publication in the Federal Registry. Congress is bypassed.

Here are just a few Executive Orders that would suspend the Constitution and the Bill of Rights. These Executive Orders could be enacted by the stroke of a Presidential pen.

It should be noted that over time, some of the following Executive Orders have been rescinded or replaced by others. But the true terror to our liberty rests with the ease in which they can be issued and how earlier orders are frequently replaced by those of a more draconian nature:

* EXECUTIVE ORDER 10990 allows the government to take over all modes of transportation and control of highways and seaports.

* EXECUTIVE ORDER 10995 allows the government to seize and control the communication media.

* EXECUTIVE ORDER 10997 allows the government to take over all electrical power, gas, petroleum, fuels and minerals.

* EXECUTIVE ORDER 10998 allows the government to take over all food resources and farms.

* EXECUTIVE ORDER 11000 allows the government to mobilize civilians into work brigades under government supervision.

* EXECUTIVE ORDER 11001 allows the government to take over all health, education and welfare functions.

* EXECUTIVE ORDER 11002 designates the Postmaster General to operate a national registration of all persons.

* EXECUTIVE ORDER 11003 allows the government to take over all airports and aircraft, including commercial aircraft.

* EXECUTIVE ORDER 11004 allows the Housing and Finance Authority to relocate communities, build new housing with public funds, designate areas to be abandoned, and establish new locations for populations.

* EXECUTIVE ORDER 11005 allows the government to take over railroads, inland waterways and public storage facilities.

* EXECUTIVE ORDER 11051 specifies the responsibility of the Office of Emergency Planning and gives authorization to put all Executive Orders into effect in times of increased international tensions and economic or financial crisis.

* EXECUTIVE ORDER 11310 grants authority to the Department of Justice to enforce the plans set out in Executive Orders, to institute industrial support, to establish judicial and legislative liaison, to control all aliens, to operate penal and correctional institutions, and to advise and assist the President.

* EXECUTIVE ORDER 11049 assigns emergency preparedness function to federal departments and agencies, consolidating 21 operative Executive Orders issued over a fifteen year period.

* EXECUTIVE ORDER 11921 allows the Federal Emergency Preparedness Agency to develop plans to establish control over the mechanisms of production and distribution, of energy sources, wages, salaries, credit and the flow of money in U.S. financial institution in any undefined national emergency. It also provides that when a state of emergency is declared by the President, Congress cannot review the action for six months.

* EXECUTIVE ORDER 12148 created the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) that is to interface with the Department of Defense for civil defense planning and funding. An "emergency czar" was appointed. FEMA has only spent about 6 percent of its budget on national emergencies, the bulk of their funding has been used for the construction of secret underground facilities to assure continuity of government in case of a major emergency, foreign or domestic.

* EXECUTIVE ORDER 12656 appointed the National Security Council as the principal body that should consider emergency powers. This allows the government to increase domestic intelligence and surveillance of U.S. citizens and would restrict the freedom of movement within the United States and granted the government the right to isolate large groups of civilians. The National Guard could be federalized to seal all borders and take control of U.S. air space and all ports of entry. Many of the figures in the Iran-Contra scandal were part of this emergency contingent, including Marine Colonel Oliver North.

The Federal Emergency Management Agency has broad powers in every aspect of the nation. General Frank Salzedo, chief of FEMA's Civil Security Division stated in a 1983 conference that he saw FEMA's role as a "new frontier in the protection of individual and governmental leaders from assassination, and of civil and military installations from sabotage and/or attack, as well as prevention of dissident groups from gaining access to U.S. opinion, or a global audience in times of crisis."

The Violent Crime Control Act of 1991 provides additional powers to the President of the United States, allowing the suspension of the Constitution and Constitutional rights of Americans during a "drug crisis". It provides for the construction of detention camps, seizure of property, and military control of populated areas.

When the Constitution of the United States was framed it placed the exclusive legislative authority in the hands of Congress and with the President. Article I, Section 1 of the United States Constitution is concise in its language, "All legislative powers herein granted shall be vested in a Congress of the United States, which shall consist of a Senate and House of Representatives." That is no longer true. The Bill of Rights protected Americans against loss of freedoms. That is no longer true. The Constitution provided for a balanced separation of powers. That is no longer applicable.

Perhaps it can be summed up succinctly in the words of conservative activist Howard J. Ruff. "Since the enactment of Executive Order 11490, the only thing standing between us and dictatorship is the good character of the President, and the lack of a crisis severe enough that the public would stand still for it."

We are about $10 TRILLION in debt as a country. Who created this debt? The Democrats AND Republicans. They've BOTH FAILED us. Why should we be giving them chance after chance to rob us? Seems like after someone steals your money once, you'd be a little less likely to give him control of your money again.

That's exactly what we do, though. The idiots holding office in the democratic and republican parties continue to squander the wealth of America, and when they run out, we give them more to blow through. Why?

The zeal of party politics has become a polarizing distraction from the actual issues. George Washington warned that this would happen if party politics were not kept in check. After his second term, in his farewell address to the nation, Washington warned, "Let me now take a more comprehensive view, and warn you in the most solemn manner against the baneful effects of the Spirit of Party generally.... A fire not to be quenched, it demands a uniform vigilance to prevent its bursting into a flame, lest, instead of warming, it should consume." This is exactly what has been going on in our country for the better part of a century, slowly building to the point where the people are completely blinded by party loyalty.

Party loyalty is WRONG. You need to do what is RIGHT, not what benefits your party. If you support your party simply because it's your party, no matter what it means to the health and viability of the country, you border on treason. Thankfully, many Americans are beginning to look away from the party flame to see the wrongs that are being done in the name of party loyalty. It's sad that our economy almost collapsed before many began to see the flaws with blind party loyalty, but there is hope. You can turn away from the left-wing, right-wing single dimentional scale and see the world on a more dimensional cartesian scale. There are 300 million people in this country. More than 2 are qualified to be president.

Dr. Ron Paul:

Congressman Ron Paul (R-Texas) is the leading advocate for freedom in our nation’s capital. As a member of the U.S. House of Representatives, Dr. Paul tirelessly works for limited constitutional government, low taxes, free markets, and a return to sound monetary policies. Her campaign culminated with a very public refusal to file an income tax return.

Unfortunately, Sherry Peel Jackson was recently imprisoned, following a lengthy and controversial court battle. There have been many ups and downs in her fight, and she has appeals pending. Many consider Jackson a martyr in the Liberty movement.

Joe Banister:

Joe Banister is a success story in the battle against the unconstitutional IRS. Banister was also an IRS agent and CPA. While investigating a case, Mr. Banister began looking into the legislation requiring a person to file an income tax. To his amazement, this highly decorated, FBI trained IRS agent could not find one. As a good employee, he asked his boss to explain the inability to locate such a regulation. The response he received from his employer was a blank resignation form. After years of dedicated service, and numerous commendations, Joe Banister was asked to resign.

After this, Banister began his own campaign against the IRS. He, too, was charged by the agency. After a lengthy and costly court battle, Banister was aquitted and vindicated of all charges. He continues his battle for Liberty by speaking out in protest, while advising those who have issues with the IRS.

In 2006, Joe Banister appeared in the Aaron Russo film, 'America: Freedom to Fascism'. His radio show, Freedom above Fortune, could be heard on WTRPN every weekend until October 2008. He also maintains a website of the same name, Freedom Above Fortune, where you can read more about his struggle and learn more about the IRS fraud.

Alex Jones:
Alex Jones has been fighting for Liberty since the 1990s. On his radio show, in his many movies, and on his television show, Jones has consistently called out elected officials, government agencies and private citizens for infringing upon the rights of Americans.

Jones makes most of his films and radio show broadcasts available free-of-charge on his multiple websites, including Infowars, the JonesReport and PrisonPlanet. Sheriff Richard Mack

A graduate of the FBI National Academy, some of Mack's positions include: patrol officer, undercover narcotics officer, hostage negotiator, youth officer, school resource officer, communications supervisor, corporal, front desk sergeant, detective, sheriff, Search and Rescue supervisor, jail administrator, and DARE instructor.

Mack has been a consultant on numerous cases regarding police abuse, brutality, and other misconduct by public officials. He has joined with other members of the law enforcement community to speak out in favor of drug policy reform.

Mack began his career with the Provo Police Department as a parking enforcement cadet while attending BYU. A couple of years alter he became a full-time officer and was soon promoted to Corporal, Sergeant, and Detective. After nearly 11 years at Provo PD, Mack decided to return to his childhood turf in Arizona and run for Graham County Sheriff. His campaign took off and he was elected in 1988.

He was sheriff for two terms until 1997. He was named Elected Official of the Year by the Arizona-New Mexico Coalition of Counties in 1994, received the NRA Law Officer of the Year, inducted into the NRA Hall of Fame, 1995 Cicero Award, Samuel Adams Leadership Award from the Local Sovereignty Coalition, and Gun Owners of America Defender of the Second Amendment Award.

During his tenure, federal officers informed the sheriffs of the state that they would be required to enforce the so-called "Brady Bill" and run background checks at their expense under the law. In 1994, Mack and six other sheriffs from across the country, challenged the constitutionality of the Brady Bill and ultimately, fought it all the way to the United States Supreme Court, where they won a monumental decision for freedom.

Three years later, in a landmark 5-4 split decision based on the Tenth Amendment to the United States Constitution, Mack won his case. Sheriff Mack is now an author and speaker who travels across the country to inform people of the proper role of law enforcement.

The Patriot Act

Passed in a hasty post-911 session of Congress, with little debate, the USA Patriot Act was created to quickly bring any terror plotters to justice, and to insure the immediate security of the nation. It was given a ‘sunset’, or end-date, as a precaution against governmental abuse of these far-reaching powers. Instead of allowing the act to end, as it was intended, Congress has consistently voted to continue the Patriot Act, even though the expiration date has long-passed.

THE USA PATRIOT ACT:

Expands terrorism laws to include “domestic terrorism” and could subject political organizations to surveillance, wiretapping, harassment, and criminal action for political advocacy.

Expands the ability of law enforcement to conduct secret searches, gives them wide powers of phone and internet surveillance, and access to highly personal medical, financial, mental health, and student records with minimal judicial oversight.

Allows FBI agents to investigate American citizens for criminal matters without probable cause of crime, if they say it is for “intelligence purposes.”

Resurrects the illegal Nixon-like COINTELPRO-style programs that were used to attack and discredit political opponents engaged in legitimate political activities.

Has the potential for abuse far beyond the scope of anything before

Arguments have been made that if someone is not engaged in illegal activities, they shouldn’t worry about the Patriot Act. This is a falsehood. The Patriot Act can easily be abused to allow suppression of news, political ideas, and outright corruption. For this reason, it was given an expiration date. Allowing the Patriot Act to continue is very dangerous to the freedom of the American people.

Call or write your Congressman and demand that he act to repeal the invasive and Constitutionally illegal USA Patriot Act.

Communism VS Liberty
Most people haven't read the Communist Manifesto. And it's no wonder... The Communist Manifesto is a virulent book, filled with plans for violence and seething with anger. It attacks the ideals of freedom and the very concept of Liberty. It's hate-filled pages contain a list of 10 precepts that are present in a communist nation. The United States of America has implemented most, if not all of them, already.

Here are the 10 tenets, and how they are implemented in the USA:

Property taxes are a rent charged by government.

The Federal Income Tax does far more than Marx or Engels, the authors of the Communist Manifesto, could have ever imagined.

The government now controls all inheritance via legislation.

Eminent Domain laws can be used for this purpose.

The privately owned 'Federal' Reserve bank overreaches any concept of Marx and Engels.

The federal government controls all forms of transportation and communication in our country via the FAA, DOT, FCC, economic aid and regulations.

The Bureau of Land Management controls the lands and federal regulations enforce the management of land and soil.

The federal government does not directly force labor, but through taxes requires an income to own property.

Corporations already control most of the country's agriculture.

Public education is a requirement in the USA. The end-goal of the educational system is to create contributing members to the workforce.

Why did America adopt Communist principles? These tenets were sold to us by well-meaning individuals in most cases, yet they go completely against the ideals of Liberty. The main goal of Communism is to eliminate private property. The main goal of Liberty is to protect private property. How did we allow this to happen?

Communism tends to hide behind the idea of democracy. The idea is that if a government is supposedly for the people, it is also democratic. Many communist nations claim to be 'democratic'. China, for instance, called it's leadership a 'democratic dictatorship' and claims to have a 'representative democracy'. In our own country, these ideas are being sold as 'progressive' or 'democratic' when they are anything but. What's being called democracy is actually a tyranny of the many over the few.

The reason many Americans see these communist principles as good is the same reason many people are willing to sacrifice Liberty for safety: They are unable to see the negative effects in the future due to the seemingly overwhelming good in the short term. This was the case in the early part of the 20th century when most of the communist legislation was passed. Depression and war blinded many people to the long-term ill-effects. The people were too desperate or too tired to fight it. To top it off, many of the programs were sold as democratic 'public works' projects. They never called it 'communism' or 'socialism'.

Liberty treats the individual as the most important element. The individual has the ability to govern and make decisions for himself. Communism treats the individual as a part of a whole. If a part of the whole has a different idea that doesn't conform to the whole, that part will be removed. Dissidence is not tolerated. This is never the case with Liberty.

Liberty will always conquer Communism, no matter what it calls itself. Communism hides behind many names but it's precepts are well-defined. A government that proclaims Liberty and follows the precepts of communism is communist. A government that claims to be a democracy, yet practices any of these precepts is a communist nation, and will fail. The people will not tolerate being enslaved indefinitely.

The REALID Debate
What is the REALID debate about? What is the REALID, anyway?

In 2005, Congress passed the Emergency Supplemental Appropriations Act for Defense, the Global War on Terror, and Tsunami Relief, 2005. Attached, as a rider, was the REALID Act. The REALID Act was originally introduced in Congress as 2005 HR 418 but was killed by inaction. It's proponents wouldn't see it die, and quickly added it as a rider to another piece of legislation they knew would pass. Upon the passage of the Emergency Supplemental Appropriations Act for Defense, the Global War on Terror, and Tsunami Relief, 2005, the REALID ACT became law.

The law requires the driver's licenses of every state to be 'mechanically readable'. This means that every driver's license issued in the USA will be easily read by some sort of hand-held device. In order to meet this requirement, states must place either an RFID (radio frequency ID) chip inside, a magnetic strip, or a barcode on the card. The State of Alabama is one of the most compliant with this legislation which was scheduled to take effect in April of 2008. It has now been pushed back to December of 2009.

So what's the problem? Why is this an issue? It's an issue because the subject goes far deeper than any ID card debate. It goes to the heart of Liberty and Freedom.

In our country, we are supposed to be free to travel, without any government controls, as Liberty dictates. If you want to go to the Courthouse, there should not be someone waiting along the side of the road asking to see your ID. No matter where you are going, there should be no one stopping you to check your ID without a good reason to suspect you've violated someone else's rights.

National ID cards have historically been used to subjugate a country's people. Once a government begins looking at citizens as tagged and numbered parts of a whole, it treats them as numbers. Nazi Germany and the USSR both required the use of a national ID system. Failure to produce your papers would result in harsh treatment and imprisonment.

This is already occurring in our country without a national ID being required. Every day someone is arrested for failing to produce ID, even when they have no ID on them to show. This is a violation of our Constitutional rights and our God-given Liberty. Our country isn't Nazi Germany... the American people are free to travel anywhere within our borders without producing any ID.

When the Reichstag was burned in the years before World War II, Hitler used the event as an excuse to take draconian measures that infringed on the rights of the German people. He claimed terrorists were infiltrating Germany and used this as an excuse to invade neighboring countries. To prove you were a German citizen, you had to produce your papers. Hitler would have swooned at the notion of the type national ID the REALID Act requires.

Defeating the REALID Act alone will not be enough to restore Liberty. Americans are already numbered, nationally, by the Social Security system. Try to get a job, open a bank account, or get a driver's license without one. You will find it very difficult, if even possible. When the SSN was introduced, it was met with heavy opposition. Nevertheless, proponents pushed it though Congress by painting it as part of a program that was good and promising that the social security number would never be a requirement. Needless to say, they lied.

There are many obstacles placed in the way of Liberty. All of them were started with benign intent, and all of them have become far-reaching institutions of government. Defeating the REALID is necessary if Liberty is to ever be restored. The goal of Liberty will never be acheived if we continue putting stumbling blocks in the road.

The 'Federal' Reserve
The Federal Reserve bank is a private institution that controls the money supply of the United States of America. Under no oversight from Congress, the 'Federal' Reserve, which is no more federal than Federal Express, is free to create money and place it into the American economy at will. It does this by creating credit in the form of loans to member banks, which in turn loan the money out to businesses and citizens.

By manipulating interest rates, the FED can increase or decrease the flow of money. The more credit created, the lower the value of the money. This is the reason the value of the dollar fluctuates and why inflation occurs. Prior to 1913, the year the FED was created, the value of the dollar fluctuated only a few cents per century.

Many people assert that the FED manipulates money to the advantage of the secretive owners of the Federal Reserve bank. When the economy falters, the bank's owners can buy up assets and foreclose on properties from defaulted mortgages. Artificially devaluing the dollar can cause a lack of trust in stocks and financial markets. This, in turn, makes people take their money out, or to not invest money that would normally be invested. The price of stocks drop, and the bank's owners can then buy large shares of companies for a fraction of the actual value of it's stock.

Andrew Jackson was probably the most outspoken opponent of a Federal banking system. During his term as President, he abolished an early attempt at a Federal bank, saying,

"Gentlemen, I have had men watching you for a long time and I am convinced that you have used the funds of the bank to speculate in the breadstuffs of the country. When you won, you divided the profits amongst you, and when you lost, you charged it to the bank. You tell me that if I take the deposits from the bank and annul its charter, I shall ruin ten thousand families. That may be true, gentlemen, but that is your sin! Should I let you go on, you will ruin fifty thousand families, and that would be my sin! You are a den of vipers and thieves. I intend to rout you out, and by the grace of the Eternal God, will rout you out."
Afterward, he warned future generations against allowing a private bank to control it's money saying,

"The bold effort the present bank had made to control the government ... are but premonitions of the fate that await the American people should they be deluded into a perpetuation of this institution or the establishment of another like it."

Jackson was right. He acted quickly and avoided the bottomless pit into which we've willingly jumped. The value of the dollar remained practically unchanged throughout our country's history until the Federal Reserve bank took control of it. Since then, the dollar has consistently dropped until it is now only worth pennies on the dollar. And it's value is still dropping.

Imagine if you created something that made the value of your house drop to pennies on the dollar. Wouldn't you do everything in your power to reverse that? Why, then, are you not doing everything in your power to restore the value of your dollar?
The FED infringes on Liberty by not giving the people control over their own currency. The dollar has no oversight by our elected representatives. This means we can't control it's value, a right originally guaranteed to us by our Constitution. If we are to have Liberty in our country again, the FED must be abolished.

AMERICA: FROM FREEDOM TO FASCISM is a 2 hour documentary by the late Academy Award winning producer, Aaron Russo. In the film, Russo investigates the laws regarding the IRS and Federal Reserve system. He begins to uncover a scheme by which the IRS and Federal Reserve Bank are used as a ploy by wealthy bankers to control financial aspects of government. The films then moves into more nefarious subjects, such as RFID chipping of US citizens for the purpose of tracking what Americans buy, where we go, etc. The movie was intended to be the first part of a series. Tragically, Mr. Russo passed away shortly after the release of this film.

What makes this movie even more interesting is the events that brought about it's creation. In 1998, Aaron Russo was the Republican candidate for Governor of Nevada. During his campaign, he was befriended by Nick Rockefeller. As their friendship grew, Russo became alarmed at Rockefeller's opinion of the American people as well as the Rockefeller goal of domination through monetary policy and political manipulation. When Russo declined Rockefeller's invitation to join the Council on Foreign Relations, their friendship chilled. The GOP fielded another candidate in the gubernatorial race and Russo was subsequently audited by the IRS. Russo then developed bladder cancer, an illness he battled while making this film and until his death in 2007.

In an interview shortly before his death, Aaron Russo stated that Rockefeller indicated, among other disturbing things, that the eventual goal was to implant an electronic ID chip into all Americans. Initial response by Rockefeller's friends and family members was denial of any friendship with Russo, but, after clear evidence of a relationship between the two men was produced, many began to deny the existance of Nick Rockefeller, altogether. Following the release of this film, the Wikipedia page for Nick Rockefeller was deleted. Rockefeller has since been spotted in China, however, where he heads financial and investment firms.

In April of 2008, a plot to kill Aaron Russo was uncovered during the proceedings of a wiretap trial in Los Angeles. A billionaire banker allegedly employed a hit man to eliminate Russo. The hit-man, a private investigator named Anthony Pellicano, on trial for illegal wiretapping, admitted that he was appoached by the banker to 'wack' Russo after a period of tapping Russo's phone. Pellicano claimed the dispute between Russo and the banker was a matter of a $1,000,000 investment deal gone bad.

ENDGAME: BLUEPRINT FOR GLOBAL ENSLAVEMENT is a 2 hour documentary that attmepts to lay out the historical background for the current system of monetary control that relies on an oligarchy of wealthy elitists. It's frightening tone is brought to a climax by the confrontation between film maker and radio talk show host Alex Jones with the participants at the Bilderberg conference held in Canada in 2006. It also follows an elderly reporter that has covered Bilderberg conferences for decades as he attends the 2007 Bilderberg meeting.

THE MONEY MASTERS is a 3 1/2 hour non-fiction, historical documentary that traces the origins of the political power structure that rules our nation and the world today. The modern political power structure has its roots in the hidden manipulation and accumulation of gold and other forms of money. The development of fractional reserve banking practices in the 17th century brought to a cunning sophistication the secret techniques initially used by goldsmiths fraudulently to accumulate wealth. With the formation of the privately-owned Bank of England in 1694, the yoke of economic slavery to a privately-owned "central" bank was first forced upon the backs of an entire nation, not removed but only made heavier with the passing of the three centuries to our day. Nation after nation, including America, has fallen prey to this cabal of international central bankers.

BIG BROTHER, BIG BUSINESS is an hour and a half long documentary by NBC News that talks about all the ways our privacy rights are being violated, many times with the blessing and even the encouragement of our government. What items you buy, where you go, how you drive, what you view on the internet... all of these are currently trackable. Large firms are keeping tabs on you, and selling the information to anyone who wants it.

THE JOHN STOSSEL RON PAUL INTERVIEW was taped in December of 2007, but never aired on ABC. Like many interviews with Ron Paul, it was suppressed by the corporate media. In this interview, Stossel asked Dr. Paul some very hard questions that many politicians would be afraid to answer. Paul answers them directly and honestly, as Stossel noted in his Townhall blog. If this, and other amazing interviews with Dr. Paul, had been allowed to air, the primaries might have had a quite different outcome.

PRODUCER JERRY DAY makes the argument, in this video, that the media purposely suppressed the pro-Liberty candidate, Ron Paul, in their coverage of the 2008 primaries. He uses data and statistics from Google to aid his argument. It shows that, as media gives coverage to a candidate, that candidate gets more popularity. Conversely, when stories about a candidate are suppressed, his popularity drops.

This clip shows a woman being arrested for failing to produce an ID. She was accused of no crime, and was stopped merely for an ID check. She attempted to exersize her rights and was arrested for resisting arrest. The policeman then attempted to damage her character by claiming a copy of 'Patriot Games', the Harrison Ford movie and a copy of her State's laws were some sort of contraband or subversive material.

CONSTITUTIONS:

A copy of the Alabama Constitution can be found here: Constitution of Alabama - 1901. It is the longest constitution in the world. However, most of the Amendments pertain only to a limited number of counties, and not every county. Other state constitutions, statutes and codes can be found at Cornell's website.

There are 44 cities in the state of Alabama with published municipal codes, free for all to view.
